Music Medicine Productions LLC (MMP, we, us) uses your email address to send updates about music, shows and studio stories, share occasional invitations, and manage your subscription. Our email service, MailerLite, may also record signup and technical information, including signup source and time, IP address and an approximate location inferred from it. These records help us manage the list and document permission to email you.

Open tracking is disabled for our initial welcome email. MailerLite still records link clicks and related technical information, which can be linked to an individual subscriber. MailerLite’s signup service may use browser storage and loads resources from MailerLite-operated domains. You can manage stored site data through your browser settings.

MailerLite stores our subscriber list, delivers emails and manages subscriptions. MailerLite and its service providers process newsletter information on our behalf, which may involve processing outside your country. See MailerLite’s Privacy Policy.

We keep newsletter information for as long as needed to provide the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, we retain only information reasonably necessary to honor your choice, document permission or meet applicable obligations. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not automatically delete your records.

Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or contact music@mmpmaui.com. You can also contact us at that address to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, as applicable under the law.
